Invitation to Submit Presentations
   

• All ESRI technology users may participate by sending a presentation abstract containing 250 words to: lauc09ponencias@prosis.com

• Subject matters must explore the geographic scope to manage and serve geospatial information in order to optimize workflows, enhance services, reduce costs, optimize models to enhance communication with our world, etc.

• Subject matters may address applications in a number of industries such as Architecture, Farming, Mapping, Cadastre, Natural Resources Conservation, Intelligence/Defense, Education, Forestry, Government, Mining, Planning, Transportation, Urban Planning, Utilities (Water, Gas, Electric Power, etc.) and Telecommunications, among others.

Results of Abstracts Acceptance August 15tht until August 31, 2009
Full Presentations August 16th until September 15th, 2009
Authors Fees - USD $90 or COP $180.000
 

Deadlines for Submitting Abstracts and Full Presentations
 

• To deliver a presentation at the Conference, you must be an
ESRI technology user.

• You may enter your abstract through the link, which will be available
from April 6th, 2009.

• If you do not have access to the Internet, you may call 57-1-650 1575,
ask for the application form, fill it and submit it by fax 57-1-635 7190.

• All presentations will be published as a compilation of abstracts and
articles at the Sixteenth Latin American Conference for ESRI Users Web
site.

• User presentations will take place at sessions moderated and arranged
by their respective industries.

• All session rooms will have access to the Internet making it possible
for presenters to show Web services or portals during their
presentations.

• Please take a few minutes of your time to send your abstract along
with your contact information.
