Invitation to Exhibit Maps

At the Maps Exhibition, maps created by Latin American GIS professional are display. All ESRI users are invited to submit maps and posters showing their achievements in GIS solution implementations. Submitted maps and posters will compete for an award.

Submission guidelines


A poster is a mapping product which may include one or more maps. Please submit your poster in A3 (11.7 x 16.5 inch) size in any of the following formats:

Submissions should include the following information:


• Author(s)
• Main Contact
• E-mail
• Phone Number
• Company or Organization
• ESRI Costumer Number
• Map Title

Submissions will be evaluated by a committee. Should your map be selected, the committee will notify you. Upon selection of your map, the committee will give you instructions on how to deliver a hard copy, A1 (23.16 x 32.8 inch) in size, to Procálculo Prosis S.A at Bogotá, Colombia.

Note: Upon the Maps Exhibit termination, participants must take back their posters. Posters not taken back by its author will be thrown away.
